The main purpose of the Association of Professional Realtors of Rosarito is to bring together realty companies and individual realtors that offer their services in the Northern Baja / Rosarito region.

By becoming a member of APIR, you will be eligible to participate in our training programs and seminars, Real Estate Diploma program, and many training and instruction courses geared to the Real Estate market, business negotiations and refresher courses.

We meet every thursday, once a week in a local meeting hall at 8:00am.

These are our current membership fees:

Members
New member subscription $ 100.00 USD
Annual fee $ 150.00 USD
We require that payment be verified by the CANACO (local chapter of the mexican chamber of commerce) and the SIEM (copy of payment)

Affiliates
Subscription $ 100.00 USD
Annual fee $ 75.00 USD

Requirements to become an APIR Affiliate

  1. To be considered, an active member must submit before the Membership Committee a Resume of the aspiring realtor for deliberation and the Committee will decide if he or she qualifies as a Affiliate or Member, without the need to assist to a meeting.
  2. The aspiring Affiliate must assist to three consecutives meetings.
  3. Must work for a Real Estate agency in this area for at least two years.
  4. The employer Real Estate agency for which he or she works, must be up to date with it’s permits and obligations AND MUST BELONG TO A REAL ESTATE ASOCIATION (APIR / AMPI).
  5. A subscription form must be filled out once the aspirant has assisted to the three meetings and must be signed by the recommending member.
  6. For a Mexican national, he or she must present his or hers voting card and/or CURP, the Hacienda ledger where it clearly states real estate activities as the main source of income; and his or her federal registry badge (R.F.C.).

    All foreigners must have a valid work permit, and his or her Hacienda registry badge (R.F.C.)
  7. Once all requirements are met, your membership will be submitted before the members assembly for approval, without the presence of the aspirant and if accepted an admission letter will be delivered and membership fees must be covered. The members pledge will be taken on next meeting.

Requirements to become an APIR Member

  3. Must prove that he or she has ample experience in real estate for at least two years in the coastal region.
  4. Must not have any negative precedents that may damage APIR
  5. If he or she is the owner of a real estate agency o works for one, the agency must have all the regulation permits and must be up to date with all fiscal obligations. Have a copy of the Articles of Incorporation (Acta Constitutiva) and the Hacienda ledger.
  6. A subscription form must be filled out once the aspirant has assisted to the three meetings and must be signed by the recommending member.
  7. For a Mexican national, he or she must present his or hers voting card and/or CURP, the Hacienda ledger where it clearly states real estate activities as the main source of income; and his or her federal registry badge (R.F.C.).
